CABANA 19TH HAPPY VALLEY

Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., on behalf of Greenlight Communities, recently filed a request for height and density waivers for a new high-quality multifamily development, known as “Cabana Happy Valley” (Z-44-20). The development is proposed on a vacant, underutilized infill “site” – located approximately 350’ ± south of the southeast corner of 19th Avenue and Happy Valley Road.

Cabana Happy Valley is a high-quality multifamily community with 292 dwelling units on approximately 9.99 gross/8.98 net acres with a proposed residential density of approximately 29.2 dwelling units per acre. The planned 292 dwelling units are comprised of studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units.

Cabana Happy Valley includes 4 main building quadrangles that will be approximately 38’-40’ in height and 3 stories. Each building quadrangle will contain a centralized courtyard and each courtyard within the center of the 4 building quadrangles will have distinct themed high-quality amenities.

A leasing office and fitness center building will be two stories and located proximate to the 19th Avenue entrance/exit. Further, associated landscaping and parking will be provided throughout the development.
